Privacy policy
How SnapTavo handles the links and settings used by the downloader.
When you submit a public video link, SnapTavo sends that URL to its video resolution provider and requests the available media from the source. We do not ask for your TikTok or Instagram password.
Your language preference is saved in your browser's local storage. Our hosting service processes technical requests needed to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not build a library of the videos you download.
The current short promotional message is served by this site. If third-party advertising is activated, the ad provider may use cookies or similar identifiers; we will update this notice and provide applicable choices before that launch.
We store daily totals of page views, video search results, download requests and ad outcomes, plus average request times. These statistics contain no video links, email addresses, IP addresses or visitor identifiers and use no analytics cookies. A download count means a file response started, not that it was fully saved. Browser ad counts are approximate and are not ad revenue reports.
The contact form prepares an email to support@snaptavo.com. It does not submit or store your report on this site. Your email provider delivers the report when you choose to send it; the information you include is received in our support inbox to respond to your issue.
